I am assuming that “realities” can be physical and non-physical and that they exchange a unique form of “energy” but a form of energy inclusive and transcendent of physical energy and which could be better understood under patterns of order, disorder, kinetic and potential states and information.

Considering the Law of Conservation of Energy and the possibility there may be a plurality of (not necessarily infinite but perhaps innumerable) physical universes, our particular physical universe would have an “allotted” amount of total energy, so to speak; an “allotment” that is conserved. But information can vary.

Both the physical realm and the non-physical realm would be ontologically real. Subjectivity and objectivity would inextricably exist in both realms as per Integral Theory. In the Physical Realm, matter would not directly respond in a causal manner to subjectivity and in the mental non-physical realm it would - in turn – also influence subjectivity in an equal manner. Thus, we could say that the non-physical realm would exhibit a higher degree of symmetry between its exteriors and interior aspects. To maintain a more fundamental ontological organizational symmetry derived from the patterns that can be discern if we apply of duality distinctions onto non-duality, there would have to be a third, more essential, non-physical, “causal” or “seed” realm in which subjectivity predominates over its own exterior matter. However, for the purpose of this essay, I will not delve into this.

When externally observable, linear, cause-effect physical patterns seem to produce non-ordinary, “paranormal” phenomena they generate surprise in our intuitions adapted to a classically-behaved world. Perhaps some of the (still natural but less commonly consciously experienced) “paranormal” or “anomalous” exchanges between the physical and non-physical realities can at least be partially modeled by extrapolating from the Peltier Effect and retrocausality.

Physicist Jean Peltier discovered the Peltier Effect in 1834. It can be simply described as this: when an electrical current passes between two dissimilar conductors, heat is either released or absorbed, depending on the direction of the current. One junction becomes cooler as the other in the same circuit becomes hotter. It is reversible, unlike the irreversible “Joule heating” based on the flow of electrons through a medium that offers resistance.

In the original circuit by Jean Peltier there was a battery connected by two pieces of copper wire to a piece of bismuth wire. A temperature rise occurred at the junction where the current passed from copper to bismuth, and a temperature drop occurred at the junction where the current passed from bismuth to copper. Bismuth is more diamagnetic and less conductive than copper. The effect is thermodynamically reversible.

Electric currents are accompanied by heat currents. The heat current depends on the different flow velocities of the electrons carrying the electric current. The so called “Peltier Heat” is the difference of the heat flows towards and away from the interface junctures.

Moreover, an associated effect (which may also be associated with ghostly, inter-realm kinetic events and apparitions) is called the Seebeck Effect when electrons at the hotter junction (region of more entropy) diffuse to the colder junction (region of less entropy) and electromagnetic (EM) waves are produced. This may be related with the EM waves also detected during at least some “anomalous” inter-realm exchanges.

As per the Peltier Effect, there might be a correspondence with phenomena relating to all or some types of inter-realm exchanges. In the physical, Peltier Effect, when temperature cools down (at the junction between the dissimilar conductors when current flows from a conductor of greater resistance into a conductor of lesser resistance) there is less physical entropy and a greater congealed external physical order. There would also be more information available to an external observer.

Part of an exchange mechanism between physical and non-physical reality realms would be when both greater physical entropy and kinetic energy in the physical realm are transduced or converted into a useful non-physical form amenable to mental information patterning or imprinting in the non-physical realm. As the physical realm potential energy configuration increases, simultaneously in the non-physical realm there would be an increase of an actual, useful, form of energy which can be reconfigured. This would occur via an intermediary “ether” and/or subquantum level which includes retrocausality.

Retrocausal influences normally related to overall holistic, teleological tendencies toward order, sustaining complexity, self-organization and convergence would become more exteriorly and linearly (visibly) active during some “paranormal” events. This exteriorly activated retrocausal aspect of the “ether” acts as a reversing, transducing mediator between actual and potential energy-information states corresponding in a reciprocal manner to the physical and to the non-physical realms of existence. In terms of exterior objective exteriors, substance, matter, much of what is actual in the physical realm would be potential in the non-physical realm and vice versa. Physical substance/matter would be more inertial and entropic but capable of local converging complexity not only through non-linear, dissipative structures exporting entropy to their surroundings but also through retrocausal influences coinciding with causal influences non-locally.

In the physical realm, a higher degree of physical kinetic energy and disorder in a stably configured physical environment is transduced/converted into a potential form of energy which in the non-physical realm corresponds to a responsive, kinetic and actual form of mentally modifiable non-physical energy in the non-physical realm where it is given a pattern, form or order which simultaneously returns to the physical realm reestablishing kinetic energy as actual movement, a momentary new physical configuration or a physical effect (and potentially detectable conscious information gain) after which physical matter is once again allowed to return to a state of greater disorder. No energy loss or energy gain in the physical realm or in the non-physical realm.

No energy exchange would have taken place; only a temporary shift organization patterns; available information patterns of entropy and kinetic and potential energy states.

When the physical medium (perhaps associated with the permittivity, permeability and virtual particle-related energy density of space) becomes less resistant, a cooling takes place at the juncture between realms (as is often observed in some “paranormal” events). The greater amount of potential energy that ensues is transduced into a form of actual psychic energy that can be re-patterned and when the momentary temperature anomaly is restored to normalcy heat and/or EM energy may be released along with an otherwise unexplainable physical effect.

The physical and non-physical realms are open to each other but in terms of actual and potential energy and information (thus also entropy) exchanges and taken together may also form a closed system loop. The total amount of physical energy is conserved in the physical realm; only entropy and information patterns vary. Presumably, also the total amount of psychic energy if the non-physical realm would be conserved.

The question arises as to what activates this mechanism. Would scalar longitudinal waves serve to activate this mechanism? Or perhaps a clash or combination of AC and DC currents and fields under specific frequencies as seems to be the case for the “Hutchinson Effect?” I believe the activation would exteriorize the normally hidden effects of advanced or retrocausal waves.

The question arises as to what would be the equivalent of a “current” involving both realms of existence in order to preserve the analogy of the Peltier Effect. What circulates from more resistance (physical) to less resistance (non-physical) and vice versa? Could it be that - in spite of the differences between the physical and non-physical realms – both operate under what could be called “one intelligent energy” manifesting in each case under different rules that separate them in terms of what is relatively actual and relatively potential? And also that this “intelligent energy” can only be reconfigured and that (at the point of contact of this re-arrangement flowing between the denser, non-mentally responding physical realm and the mentally responding, non-physical realm) we may briefly observe cooling and lesser entropy; and, if flowing in a reverse manner, we may observe heating and EM effects (as the “anomalous” reconfiguration lasts or returns to normal)?

Is this intelligent energy that which ultimately makes up the universal hologram (quantum, subquantum and at all other levels)? It would have to be an expression of the inextricability of consciousness and being (not just of consciousness) as well as an extension (in distinct realms of duality) of that which could be called, the Ultimate Reality and Source… non-dual or “pure” Consciousness-Being.

The mechanism related to the inter-realm Peltier-like Effect I am attempting to describe would have to be compatible with non-local PCAR decoding of quantum information patterns as per the Quantum Hologram Theory of Consciousness, with the role of retrocausality in the emergent, biological-like, non-statistical, Post Quantum Theory, with the role of observation/information gain pertaining to the collapse of the wave function (when that which is non-observed is considered as superposed information probability patterns) and with other theories that are proving useful. Understanding the commonalities among these and other theories (which could be seen as lenses, perspectives or viewpoints through which we interpret “reality”) would give us a more fundamental model or “map” that a bit more clearly reflects what the actual “terrain” is all about.

Thinking that exteriorizing normally "hidden" retrocausal influences might serve to cancel out time-forward, causal influences, thus canceling spacetime itself either completely or invarious degrees, perhaps, scalar longitudinal EM waves (also a normally hidden but necessary component accompanying regular transversal waves according to Maxwell's original thinking) can be used to open up "portals," that is, higher degrees of symmetry between the subjective and objective aspects of reality in each level of reality (judging this symmetry from the standpoint of non-dual consciousness-being). And because they are alleged to be (for instance in Konstantin Meyl's work) various rates faster than C (the velocity of light in the vacuum), by exceeding C they would also be time regressive, convergent and negentropic perhaps equivalent to retrocausal influences or be able to tap into them under various intensities. And since these scalar longitudinal waves are also alleged to be able to transmit energy in pulses, then perhaps by learning to generate scalar longitudinal vortices and counter-vortices and not only straight line linear transmission forming (in phase and out of phase specific frequency patterns), a volume of spacetime could be locally enhanced to become more receptive to non-physical re-patterning.

There may be other viable concepts pertaining "longitudinal waves" (perhaps such as that used by astronomer Eamon Ansbro) an their possible use should also be explored. Could it be that the so-called "electrogravitic effect" studied by Dr. T. Towsend Brown also relates to longitudinal waves?

In conclusion, there may be physical means to propitiate non-physical patterns to imprint segments of spacetime, perhaps both connecting them with inter-realm (physical and non-physical) influences akin to organization exchanges "a la Peltier" in which no energy is gained or lost or by re-patterning spacetime under the non-physical codes of another universe it might be possible to combine two or more distinct physical spacetimes, allowing for non-local, instantaneous teleportation or to opening up of mixed reality portals in a manner compatible with the concept of "Xendras" and with that of the quantum hologram in which the interactive reality we experience depends on the subjacent information aspect we may resonate with and decode.

What frequencies would be useful to pump energy into a structure that would cancel gravity?

Frank Znidarsic found that the proper Stimulation Frequency x diameter Dimensions of a rotating Disc (or its WaveLength ) = C x 1/137. Here “C” is the wave speed of light.

Lambda = C/f (WaveLength = Wave Speed/ Frequency)

C x 1/137 = Lambda x f (WaveLength x Fine Structure dimensionless constant = WaveLength x Frequency)

This and other interesting information is found in the BOOK “The Control of Natural Forces” by Frank Znidarsic. When a photon enters an atom it slows down to a velocity proportional to Frequency x Wavelength. The product of frequency x wavelength = Transitional Quantum Velocity.

The Fine Structure Constant is a Ratio between light in the vacuum and light entering atomic structures, two velocities, therefore, dimensionless.

A stimulation frequency (for example 1.094 Mhz – Meters) induces an artificial state of quantum transition. EM energy can be pumped into the atom and transformed into gravitational propulsion because the gravitational fields that bind the nucleus are forced out of alignment and made to escape. To be effective we need many atoms working together as a single atom and this is achieved by using superconductors providing an effect similar to what Eugene Podkletnov from Tampere University of Technology discovered.

Rotating the disc makes the effect stronger since the angular momentum would align the spin states of the atoms making the effect uniform and directional. The stimulation frequency varies with the diameter of the disc but there is a ratio that follows the formulas.

A superconducting spacetime craft may use a plasma or a superfluid. High frequency goes in and gravitational propulsion comes out. No conservation of energy violations.

Both the Schrödinger and Dirac equations are dot products (scalar products) in function space which lies across a threshold in which upon entering the atom C changes and merges with the electronic Compton wave and its Doppler shifted component.

My QUESTION (Giorgio Piacenza) is: Would it be more effective if, instead of the transversal components of EM waves we were to pump in longitudinal scalar waves component under the proper stimulation frequencies corresponding to the above formulas? Perhaps a greater effect would occur if the frequencies were adapted to self-sustaining double toroidal pattern.

My QUESTION (Giorgio Piacenza) is: why when the dimensions of each of the 22 atomic constants are canceled we also get 1/137? Is it the ratio that demarcates the timeless into the time-bounded realm?
